Stephany Graham, Ph.D., MFT

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with over 6 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients that are working to address their anxiety, depression, grief and loss, co-occurring substance abuse, co-dependency, marital, infidelity, parenting, and child behavioral issues. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am eager to work with anyone who is looking for help, support, and is committed to improving their lives!

I achieved my Doctorate of Philosophy in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in General Family Therapy from Northcentral University. In 2018, I graduated with my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Military Family Therapy from Northcentral University, and became certified working with the military population. I will be licensed this Fall 2022. I am a military spouse and want to provide support for my fellow service members and their families. I have the unique understanding of the culture and stressors of being in a military family, and the importance of support and resources during these times.

My style of therapy is direct and interactive to help develop a strong client-therapist relationship. My approach to therapy is narrative, solution-focused, eco-systemic structural, cognitive behavioral, and client-centered. I also take a laid-back empathetic approach and move at your speed with your goals as we develop them in your therapy.

I look forward to working with you!
