Mental states change like the weather. Sometimes, it is not okay to wait a week, or more, to talk to a mental health professional. You need to talk to someone now. That's where we come in. Our therapists are standing by, ready to take your call. With Awake Therapy, you can book an appointment and be on the phone with a therapist within a day or two, or less.

We make therapy convenient.

Research shows that virtual therapy is as effective as traditional in-person therapy. And that's not to mention the many other benefits of remote therapy. This is why all therapy sessions at Awake Therapy are delivered virtually. Here's how it works: you book an appointment with one of our mental health professionals, they email you at the time of the appointment with instructions on how to enter an online phone or video call, and you and your therapist take it from there. It is up to you and your therapist to determine the mode of communication that best serves the goals of the therapy.
