By offering therapy at a flat rate of $45 per half-hour session and $90 per hour session, with cost-reduced options available for individuals from economically disadvantaged regions or backgrounds, we're committed to reducing the economic barriers that have prevented people from seeing a therapist in the past.

Our therapists are standing by, ready to take your call. With Awake Therapy, you can book an appointment and be on the phone with a therapist within a day or two, or less.

Research shows that virtual therapy is as effective as traditional in-person therapy. And that's not to mention the many other benefits of remote therapy. This is why all therapy sessions at Awake Therapy are delivered virtually. Here's how it works: you book an appointment with one of our mental health professionals, they email you at the time of the appointment with instructions on how to enter an online phone or video call, and you and your therapist take it from there. It is up to you and your therapist to determine the mode of communication that best serves the goals of the therapy.
