Rachel Hall, LPC
Hello! My counseling style is warm, genuine and relaxed. I believe offering a safe place to be open and honest is essential to the exploration of thoughts and feelings. My primary goal as a counselor is to encourage everyone to find a greater sense of well-being, build on who they are and develop their unique path.
I believe in treating people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy helping people identify their strengths and find ways to maximize them to overcome life’s challenges.
Just as we are all individuals, I believe the approach to counseling should also be the same. I blend person-centered, behavioral and solution focused therapies to meet the diverse needs of each person.
I have worked with a wide range of concerns including stress/anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, motivation, self-esteem/confidence problems, coping with life changes, autism and ADHD.
It takes courage to seek support and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you. I look forward to working with you!
