Kimberly Walsh, PsyD

Our lives are so busy these days and it seems we are constantly expected to do more and be more. Setting aside time for self-care is crucial for meeting life's ever-increasing challenges with grace and resilience. I am a Utah licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience helping people to meet their life goals and to thrive. Join me as we create the life that you want and deserve.

I offer individual therapy for adults via telehealth with phone and/or video sessions. I have worked with people ages 6 through senior. I can assist parents with behavioral management for children and teens. With adults, I use a combination of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional freedom technique (EFT). I have specialized experience in working with individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder and neuropsychological impairment due to TBI or other conditions.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology & English Literature from Cornell University. I have a Master's in Counseling from Florida State University. I obtained my Doctor of Psychology from Florida Tech with a Clinical Psychology major. I have post-graduate training in neuropsychological assessment. I also have a post doc Masters in Clinical Psychopharmacology, and I have passed the national Prescribing Exam for Psychologists. Utah does not license psychologists to prescribe medications, but I can provide you with helpful information about psychotropic medications.

My recreational interests include: cooking & baking gourmet food; companion animals; organic gardening; yoga; and non-denominational spirituality.
