Jennifer Campbell, LCSW
Hi! My name is Jennifer Campbell, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over thirteen years experience in various areas of counseling including adult and family mental health counseling, crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric-based counseling, bereavement and end of life care, and supportive counseling for those with chronic pain and illness. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with people of all ages, especially those dealing with concerns such as anxiety and panic, stress-related issues, depression, trauma, depersonalization/derealization, parenting and family challenges, caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue, chronic pain and illness, and end of life care.
Although I have used multiple therapeutic approaches in working with clients over the years such as Mindfulness, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Theory, and Narrative Therapy, I truly believe in a client-centered approach which allows me to adjust my clinical style to your unique needs. I will take time to get to know you and your situation with a warm and caring approach so that you feel comfortable and safe during our time together.
On a personal note, I have been where you are today. I have experienced anxiety, panic, stress-related difficulties, family conflict, and trauma, and have a great deal of life experience in working through these issues as well as learning many techniques that I would like to share. I believe that you have the potential to create a calm, safe, and centered space within, which will allow you to live a more peaceful and productive life for yourself and your loved ones. You don't have to go through this journey alone. I would like to travel this road with you as a partner and guide so that you can begin to live your absolute best life starting today!
