Elizabeth Bell, LCSW

Elizabeth Bell, LCSW, is a Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience as a therapist. She received her MSW from Fordham University and her certification in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from New York CIty’s Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research (IPTAR), where she is an affiliate member. While working with clients, she integrates various approaches, including psychodynamic, client-centered, attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed therapies. She has helped children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transition challenges, and the overwhelming effects of trauma.

Elizabeth’s approach is warm, genuine, empathic, and collaborative. She supports her clients through the careful development of a trusting relationship and a safe space in which to share their story. The goal of the therapeutic work is to help clients gain deeper insight into themselves, enhanced coping skills, and increased confidence in their inherent strengths and resilience.
